Nice 21m2 apartment (very good for one person, can accomodate 2 maximum) on the 6th floor (with balcony and view on the jet d'eau) of a building in a lively and multicultural area. The accommodation has a living/bedroom with 1 140/200 sofa-bed. It also has its own equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. (There is a folding table for eating and working)
The apartment has a Nespresso machine, high speed wifi and a smart TV.
The accommodation is on the 6th floor, (n° 61) accessible with the lift until the 5th floor and then you have about 15 staircases to go on the 6th floor.
